Steve Decker comes to Family Promise of Pierce County as our new CEO. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that will assist FPPC grow and serve those in need. Mr Decker believes that there needs to be a way to serve families in crisis, that no one should be turned away. Everyone deserves a chance at healing and to feel safe.

Sarah enjoys helping the community, everyone deserves an opportunity to achieve their own successes in difficult times. Having a community of support around you makes things possible that you never saw before.

Jen knows that housing is a basic human right & aims to help empower families to secure that right for themselves within a sub-par systemic structure. As a certified peer counselor with lived experience, it is very satisfying to work with families through empathic connection and respectful collaboration while educating & advocating for positive outcomes.
